the hotel is close to the train station. several convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. the staff were helpful. (i am very grateful for their help).
the bathroom design was not ideal, mainly the shower head. i had some trouble adjusting it to my liking. i hope this is fixed soon.

poor shower headself-service kiosk
I found a couple of things less than stellar. The bathroom layout seemed poorly considered. The shower head placement was particularly inconvenient. the self-service check-out kiosk was a bit clunky. I really prefer a human touch, I guess.
