polite staff free snack free happy hour bathroom design basic amenities missing lotion
the staff were very polite. i found a free snack in the afternoon for the guests. there was also a free happy hour, which i appreciated.
the bathroom design was not great, especially the shower head. i also noticed the bathroom amenities were quite basic. there was no body lotion available.

poor shower head self-service kiosk
I found a couple of things less than stellar. The bathroom layout seemed poorly considered. The shower head placement was particularly inconvenient. the self-service check-out kiosk was a bit clunky. I really prefer a human touch, I guess.
